Who is Cathi?
Cathi Gomez (1962-2022) built a legacy as a school teacher in Douglas County, Colorado. When she was not working, she dedicated her time to making lives better for all around her. She was particularly fond of serving Special Needs individuals. Her sister Tina (pictured) and her sister-in-law Asha contributed to her passion.
Cathi's two children Lauren Gomez and Madison Gomez alongside Cathi's husband Mark Gomez decided they wanted a way to keep Cathi's legacy alive. That is the reason Cathi's Table was created.
Our Financial Objective
We are 100 percent volunteer based and we do not have paid employees. Our goal is over 90 percent of what is donated will go directly to qualified recipients. (We are just budgeting for financial and other minor operational costs.) The annual financial report is publicly available on the website.
While you may donate at anytime, our planned drives are on March 7th (Cathi's birthday) and October 7th (Anniversary of Cathi's passing).
